He will be remembered as a loving father, son, brother and friend.
Adam was a jokester, he had a smile and hug for everyone.
In his free time he enjoyed playing golf, riding his motorcycle, watching Nascar and University of Tennessee football.
He is survived by his twin sons Ethan Matheney & Eli Matheney.
Parents Danny Ray (Jama) Matheney, and mother Rhonda Sapp, siblings Ashley (Armon) Tharpe, Beth (Tim) Trivett, Mellisa Lewis and Ketth Wiley; paternal grandparents Paul D. “Huck” Matheney; Virginia Matheney.; maternal grandmother Wilma Robson;
niece Allexus Grace Leftwich, many other nieces ,nephews and a large extended family.
Adam is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather James Robson,aunt Pam Green, and niece Alivia Tharpe.
Gathering of family and friends Saturday October 12, 2019 from 11:00am until 2:00pm at Hermitage Funeral Home. Celebration of Life will begin at 2:00pm in the Chapel at Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Burial following Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
