Survived by children, Angela Faye Barnett and Scotty (Claire) Barnett;

grandchildren Dr. Devin (Kelsey) McKenzie, Aleia Segroves, Jacob Segroves, Emily Barnett and Garrett Barnett; great- grandchildren, Braylin McKenzie and Olivia McKenzie; siblings Glen Vaughn, Lois Dallas, Barbara Ricker, Loretta Thomas, Dale Vaughn and

Dwight Vaughn.

Gathering of family and friends Monday May 27, 2019 from 4:00-8:00pm and one hour prior to service at Hermitage Funeral Home. Celebration of Life Tuesday May 28, 2019 at 11:00am also at Hermitage Funeral Home. Burial following Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
