May the love shared by Joni bring you peace as you mourn her passing. Joni was an incredible inspiration to all who had the opportunity to know her, especially at GSA.

To the family of Joni...My Deepest thoughts and prayers are with you. Joni was a very good friend with a loving heart I will miss her, but she always be in my heart.

To the Family, Joni was a very special friend of mine that I met during our  time here at General Services Administration.  She was very approachable and friendly.  I will always remember the times we spent together sharing lunches at work, times we spent together outside of work and times we spent together on "Just Us Girls" trips.  I am sad she had to leave us but I know where she has gone.  "The Lord was Joni's shepherd; He provided all her needs.  He made her to lie down in green pastures; He leads her beside the still waters now. He has restored Joni's soul, He guided her in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.  Yes, though she walked through the valley of the shadow of death, Joni had no fear; because the Lord was with her.; His rod and His staff comforted her.  He prepared a table before Joni in the presence of her enemies; He anointed her head with oil; her  cup overflowed.
