Jennie O'Neil

Jennie (Carusotti) O'Neil, 89, of Old Bridge died gracefully Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at Haven Hospice in Edison. Born and raised in Newark she moved to Old Bridge 58 years ago. Jennie was an inspector with Elastic Stop Nut in Union for several years. She was a parishioner of St. Bernadette RC Church and member of the St. Bernadette Seniors. Jennie was also a member of the Democratic Club of Old Bridge.

Jennie is predeceased by loving husband of 40 years Edward (1986) and her loving daughter Patricia Polera (2011). She is also recently predeceased by her 4-legged companion Spanky. Jennie is survived by her cherished children Edward (and Katherine) O’Neil of Surprise, AZ; Debbie O’Neil of Old Bridge, Andrew (and Ewelina) O’Neil of South Amboy, Vito Polera of Sayreville; her adored grandchildren Edward A. O’Neil of Surprise, AZ, Stacey O’Neil of Surprise, AZ, Danielle Hibert of Scottsdale, AZ, Jennifer (and Dmitry) Eventov of Middletown, Brian T. O’Neil of Sayreville and Jamie O’Neil of Milltown. Also surviving are her dear great-grandsons Benjamin and Josh Eventov.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend Funeral Services 10 am Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Michael Hegarty Funeral Home 3377 Hwy 9 Old Bridge, NJ 08857.
