Frank Anthony Luzi Sr.

Frank Anthony Luzi Sr., 76, of Monroe Township, NJ, passed away Friday, February 10, 2012 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ. Born in Brooklyn, Frank lived in Staten Island before moving to Monroe Township 6 years ago. He was a professional civil engineer for 40 years, working for his company Future Tech, retiring in 2009. He was a former member of the American Council of Independent Laboratories; he enjoyed playing golf, and spending time with his grandchildren. Frank is survived by his wife of 56 years, Christine (Picarelli) Luzi; his daughter and son in law, Carolanne & Dr. Eugene Isola III; his son and daughter in law, Dr. Frank A. Jr. & Dr. Lori Luzi; 7 grandchildren; and his sister, Angela Marchese. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 12, 2012 from 2-5 & 7-9pm at the Michael Hegarty Funeral Home, 3377 Rt. 9, Old Bridge, NJ, and on Monday morning from 9:30-10:30am. A prayer service will be at 10:30am at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
