Stephen Rand Peterson
April 3, 1949 – December 31, 2022
IN THE CARE OF
Stephen Rand Peterson, born on April 3, 1949, in Olathe, KS, son of Orville and Emma (Messinger) Peterson, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at the age of 73.
Steve had many things he enjoyed which included: riding Harleys, skiing, flying airplanes, Corvettes, and he liked to travel in RV's too.
He graduated from the University of Missouri with a BA in engineering. He owned Peterson Engineering for 17 years and worked at Gibbens Drake and Scott for 16 years as a Mechanical Engineer.
He is survived by his wife, Yvette Peterson; daughter, Bethany Dyche; and son Christian Villanueva.
A visitation for Stephen will be held Monday, January 9, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at McGilley & Frye Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 105 E. Loula Street, Olathe, KS 66061.
