Mary Jones was born February 3, 1926, in Adams, Nebraska. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Ivan, two sons, a grandson and a great grandson,
She is survived by sons and families, Jim and Julie Jones of Olathe, Jerry and Bev Jones of Modesto, California, Larry Jones of Edgerton, Roger Jones of Baldwin, and daughter Norma and Mark Estes of Pomona, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great, great grandchildren, and many extended family members.
Mary worked at the Good Samaritan Home in Olathe for over 37 years. She had a tremendous knack of caring and sharing her love for making everyone feel like they were somone special.
We will all miss her quick wit, her fistiness and that cute smirky grin.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the Good Samaritan Home in Olathe.
