Eva Mae Cook, 84, of Olathe, passed away Nov. 1, 2011.

Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Laurel Cemetery in Haven.

She is survived by two sons, Dick Cook, Winfield, and Bill Cook, Jefferson City, Mo., and their families.
