Connie Lynn Adams, 68, of Olathe, Kansas passed away peacefully at her home on April 3, 2015. Connie will be cremated according to her wishes. She will be forever remembered as a loving, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend and will be greatly missed. Graveside Services are Friday, April 10, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. at Leavenworth National Cemetery in Leavenworth, Kansas.
She is survived by her beloved companion of 12 years, Brian Handke of Olathe, KS, daughter, Cindy Adams Snuff (Randy Large) of Phoenix, AZ, son, William Adams (Trish) of Gardner, KS, sister, Joanie (Jim) Phares of Olathe, KS, adoring grandchildren, Lauren, Christopher and Emily. Also left to cherish her memory are nephews, nieces and friends.
