Carol Ann Puckett

Carol was part of the first graduating class of Shawnee Mission West in 1963. Later that year she married the love of her life Donald Gene Puckett on June 8,1963. Don preceded her in death.

Carol spent most of her life as a homemaker and childcare provider. She was also a baker for 20 + years. She loved kids, family, collecting elephants, decorating her house, and gardening.

She will be missed lovingly by her children Phillip and his wife Elizabeth, Karla, Chip and his wife Lisa, and their sister Penelopee Dawn, her grandchildren Anastasha, Vannessa, Brittnie, Madeline, Jackson, her great grandchildren, Tristan, Elliannah, Mileena, Camden, Leeland, siblings Raymond Carleton and his wife Irene, Sharon Shultz and Jimmy Carleton, other relatives and many friends.

A visitation for Carol will be held Thursday, December 19, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at McGilley & Frye Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 105 E. Loula Street, Olathe, KS 66061 followed by a funeral from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, 105 E. Loula Street, Olathe, KS 66061. She will be laid to rest at Olathe Memorial Cemetery, 730 N Chestnut St, Olathe, KS 66061 immediately following the services at McGilley & Frye Funeral Home.
