Bryan was born on July 31, 1986 in Denver, CO to Bernadette Sims and the late Lester Sims. Bryan was always the fun loving Father and Uncle. The children never had a dull moment or an empty pocket of candy when Bryan was around. You could always count on finding him eating at the kids table or playing games and being the life of the party. He was one of the biggest Broncos fans and probably had every jersey imaginable to support his favorite team. Bryan loved boxing and football. He embraced the great outdoors and the Colorado Mountains were a favorite, he found peace hiking and playing golf with his Grandfather. Bryan was very intelligent and took on learning as a passion. He was robust, full of life, love. He was an old soul that enjoyed dancing, reading, crossword puzzles and the Rubik’s cube. He was a free spirit that loved skateboarding, an avid yoyo player, and enjoyed flying kites. Bryan had an infamous sweet tooth, he often played hide in seek with the children, they always seemed to find his secret stash of Jolly Ranchers, gummy bears and skittles. Bryan was a friend to all and no one was ever a stranger in his world. He has impacted so many lives and was generous to a flaw. Bryan will be truly missed, but his legacy lives on through the eyes and souls of his children.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lester Sims and his grandfather T.J. Richter.
