Webb Maddux Thompson III

He is predeceased by his parents W.M. Thompson, Jr. and Alma May Tice Thompson and his faithful canine companion Ginger.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his stepson, Michael Garren Tinney and his 5 sisters: Susan (Steve) Narr, TX; Sally (Jett) Field, VA; Beth (David) Leister, AZ; Anne (William) Fontenot, TX and Jackie (Perry) Fields, OK. Also, his nieces and nephews whom he loved and was so proud of: Beth, Emily, Kate, David, Emmie, Maggie, Matt, Malin, Max, Olivia and Jack and his grandnephew Gabe and grandniece Audrey. Webb loved being a part of their lives.

He also leaves behind a multitude of friends and colleagues including Marc Henkel, Melissa Whitney and others much beloved but too numerous to mention.

Webb was born in Charlottesville, Virginia on May 25, 1954. He moved to Oklahoma in 1963 but continued to be a Virginian at heart. He graduated from OU College of Medicine in 1987. He was dedicated to his practice in Vascular and Interventional Radiology for over 25 years.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Oklahoma chapter of the American Cancer Society.
