Wava Jean Swails, 86 year-old resident of Choctaw, Oklahoma, passed away April 7, 2016 in Del City, Oklahoma. Born December 23, 1929 in Porter, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Matthew England and Parlee Princess (Jackson) England. Jean was a homemaker. She loved sewing, Cats and Dalmations, Dancing at the Moose Lodge (Country & Western), Anything Red, speaking her mind, and especially keeping up with all things family (Birthdays, etc.) and the time. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. Jean was preceded in death by her parents, 2 husbands, Ira F. Swails, Jr. and Marion Hornsby, and 7 siblings, Arvil England, Bert England, Wayne England, Maynard England, Opal Tucker, Patsy England, and Wanice Ball. Survivors include 1 son, Rick and his wife Brenda Swails of Midwest City, Oklahoma; 1 daughter, Linda Davis of Moore, Oklahoma; 6 grandchildren, Stephanie; Richard; Sara; Corey; Chelsea; and Matthew; 7 great-grandchildren, Victoria; Brandon; Steven; Corey Foster; Brooklyn; Jaxon; and Henry Dale; 2 great great grandchildren, James Dalton and Braylyn Nichole; 1 step-daughter, Carla Williams of Elgin, Oklahoma; 1 sister, Darlene and her husband, Don Reagans of Greenwood, Arkansas; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 11, 2016 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel with Dr. Ray Sikes officiating. Burial will follow in Oakpark Cemetery in Chandler, Oklahoma with services under the direction of Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home Northeast.
