Toki Hazelton

Toki Hazelton, 91 year-old resident of Midwest City, Oklahoma, passed away on October 22, 2012 in Midwest City, OK. She was born July 26, 1921 in Tokyo, Japan. Toki was a kind and selfless woman. Family was first and foremost in her world, she loved celebrating birthdays, etc and both hosting and feeding her family. She had come to love the OKC area in her many years of residence especially OU sports; the State Fair; OKC Arts; Botanical Gardens; and the OKC Zoo. Toki was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Theodore Hazelton in 1992, and four siblings. Survivors include four sons, Charles Hazelton; John Hazelton; Ted Hazelton; and Fred Hazelton, all four of Midwest City, OK; one daughter, Clara A. Brown of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 26, 2012 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel, 8805 NE 23rd St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Burial will follow in Arlington Memory Gardens, Midwest City, Oklahoma.
