Tommy grew up in Oklahoma City. He was predeceased by his parents, Marian Endicott and T.M. Richardson, III, and his sister Margaret Louise “Peggy” Richardson. He graduated from Classen High School, class of 1955, and the University of Oklahoma where he was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He was in the insurance business.
He is survived by Linda, his wife of 62 years; son Tom and his wife, Jan, of Norman; daughter Susan and her husband, Mike Noteware of Stillwater; and daughter Elizabeth and her husband Don Nolan, of Stillwater. Also surviving, his cousins: Lee, his wife, Beverly, and their sons, Harry and Sam Endicott, of Edmond; Lane, his wife, Celeste, and their children: Lucy, Meg and Chris Endicott, of St. Louis; and Hayley Endicott, of Oklahoma City. Private services held at All Souls' Episcopal Church.
