Edmond resident, Shirley Marie (Morrison) Guest, 64, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2019. Shirley was born on November 8, 1954 to Hildard Russell and Doris Marie (Horton) Morrison. She married her best friend and love of her life, John Phillip Guest, on December 16, 1988. Shirley was a very independent woman who did what she wanted. Part of that was spoiling her family. She was always surprising them with gifts, just because she could. She was an avid reader and enjoyed listing to a variety of music. She also greatly enjoyed decorating and re-arranging every room in her house. Shirley was very organized and was the queen of plastic totes, much to her families’ amusement. Shirley and Phil greatly enjoyed travelling and spending time with one other. They could often be found in Florida relaxing on the beach. Most of all, she loved her family and her precious grandchildren. Her beautiful smile would light up even the darkest corner, and that will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. She was preceded in death by her parents. Those left to cherish their memories are her husband, Phil Guest; daughters, Jenny Heinrichs and Chelle Moroz; sons, Gavin Guest (wife Erin) and Russell Guest; sister, Velda Foral (husband Bill); brothers, Russ Morrison (wife Teri) and Joe Morrison; and grandchildren, Hannah and Maddey Moroz, Moxie Heinrichs, Anna, Harrison and Abby Guest, and Riann-Ashleigh McKelvey.
