Sally Virginia Glossip, 76, of Choctaw, Oklahoma, passed away December 20, 2013. She was born May 30, 1937 in Lebanon, West Virginia to Marcell and Mamie (Stranger) Fields. Sally married Heron Dudley Glossip when she was 15 years old and together they raised 16 children. She enjoyed sewing blankets, quilts and clothes and tending to her flower and vegetable gardens, and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sally is survived by 15 children, Dudley Glossip, Nancy Ogden, Gary Glossip, Lois Drake, Larry Glossip, Ricky Glossip, Donna, Johnny Glossip, Sherrie McDow, Peggy Lockett, Terry Lee Glossip, Danny Glossip, Jennifer Luman, Kathy Waukity, Teresa Ferguson; 58 grandchildren; 60 great grandchildren; 2 brothers Bob Fields and Bruce Fields; and numerous nieces, nephews and relatives. She was preceded in death by her husband, Heron Dudley Glossip; son, Bobby Glossip; and sister, Marie. Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2013 at Arlington Memory Gardens in Midwest City, OK.
