Bob Stacy was a great guy and treated 
everyone kindly. His friends will dearly
miss him.

I've been thinking about Bob a lot lately and now I know why.  Always had a great time with you Bob, lots of laughs.  We'll miss you Bullit Bob.

Nobody could make me laugh and smile like Bob.  He was a real treasure and enriched my life beyond words.  I can still see that mischievous sparkle in his eyes.  I first met Bob when he was with OK Press Assoc. and always looked forward to our time together. 

You are loved & will be sorely missed Bob!  There's NO ONE who could begin to fill your shoes. Will see you on the other side with the rest of my loved-ones. Keep them laughing until I get there, OK?

Bob and I have been friends for over 20 years and I'm deeply saddened to learn of his death.  He was a great friend for many many years and I loved him dearly.  Bob--I will miss you my friend--you always made me smile.

I knew Bobby and his parents from childhood in Benton Harbor, Michigan.  We served in the Cub Scouts and muddled our way thru public school and found success at Lake Michigan College.

Bob had a positive impact on my life and career, as I'm sure he had for so many. It was obvious that Bob truly cared about people weather it be a friend or a casual acquaintance. Just being around Bob as I worked with him in Benton Harbor and Denver, made my life richer.
The last time I saw Bob was at the National Press Building in Washington, D.C. in 1995. He was the same loveable, likeable, enteric, and caring person that he was when I worked with him 30 years earlier at the News Palladium in Benton Harbor, Michigan, in 1965. Bob was a good friend during my years with the Daily Oklahoman and Times and the Oklahoma Journal. He was a true  professional with a keen sense of humor. I always enjoyed being in his presence.

My sincere condolences to Bob's family. Bob was my boss and mentor while working for PGI. He was a good friend and helped me immensely when PGI failed, making my transition to JR & Assoc. possible.

Bob Stacy was a terrific mentor and associate in AAF and the newspaper industry.  He guided me when I was president of the OKC Ad Club as we hosted the district convention in 1984. He was serious, funny and one heck of a golfer.  I am pleased to have had the chance to visit with him at length just a couple months ago.  He and his passion will be missed by all.

bob was my rep for our business for many years in okc, he was the most polite man i ever had the honor to do business with or meet, if i had a nickle for every time bob said mam yes mam i understand.i could have retired in great wealth, he was genuine, the real thing. not just a salesman. thanks for all the laughs and an occasional bottle of wine to keep work fun. to bobs family, he was a terrific guy!he will be sadly missed. My condolences to Bob's family. All of us who crewed for him in OCBC sailboat races had great fun being with him and contributing to his happiness on the water. I'm sorry to learn of his passing.

I had the pleasure of working with Bob Stacy several years ago. What a dynamo! Always ready with a smile, a story, and with genuine concern for his friends. And always dapper! In addition to his many professional accomplishments, Bob leaves a memorable legacy of the power of optimism and a "can do" attitude. I will miss him.

Bob Stacy has hundreds of friends and business associates who benefited from his encyclopedic knowledge of business in Oklahoma City...every one of Bob's successful colleagues has him to thank in some way.  His family is in my prayers at this difficult time.

Bob was always quick with a smile and was a caring person.  He always asked about my family and me.  He seldom sought praise.  He was one of the good guys, and although I have not been close to Bob recently he will be missed.

I did not know Mr. Stacy personally but I am a friend and neighbor of his son Scott. I am deeply sorry for your loss Scott. May your memories comfort you during this most difficult time.

Bob Stacy was an energetic, ardent supporter of the American Advertising Federation, during the years of his own tenures in district office, when I was a witness to his contributions.  An inspiration and an unfailing, good friend to me, I am fortunate and grateful to have known him.

When we are at ends with Life and god has called us to a different time for us to lead his army, we are all angels for his ongoing task. We will never know what he has planned for us but be sure,it is his will that we will always have a meaning to his plan and others.... god bless you Robert and all you have come into your life for they are also gods children and will be with you in the after life. Bob came to Oklahoma to join us at the Edmond Sun in the middle 1970s. He was our advertising director. Bob brightened our staff, was a very productive employee, good buddy, was full of life and made many lasting friends in Edmond. I will never forget Bob. He was a great colleague and friend. I'm saddened by news of his death.

Governor Bob Stacy was an active vibrant governor of the American Advertising Federation's 10th District of Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas. His friends across the country mourn his loss but celebrate his life. We have fond memories of our times together and express our grief to his family and friends.
