Robert Michael "Mike" Lasater, 61, of Oklahoma City, passed away peacefully on August 25, 2010. He graduated from Harding High School in 1967 and attended OU, where he was a member of Phi Gamma Delta. After college he joined the National Guard. His passions in life included his family, friends, golf, and all sports, especially when it came to the Sooners. Mike is preceded in death by his parents, Mickey and Doug Lasater; brothers, Joseph and Jim Lasater; and grandson, William Johnson. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; his children, Kristin and her three children, Kevin and his wife Alison and their son, Kylee and her husband Adam and their two daughters, Katy and her husband Will and their daughter, Kurtis and his wife Taran, Shawn and his wife Cindy and their three children, Emily and her husband Mickey and their two children. Mike is also survived by friends, Billy, Diane and Cynthia, as well as numerous family and friends. A memorial service for Mike will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, August 29, 2010, at Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Funeral Home, 6600 Broadway Ext., Oklahoma City, OK. Donations may be made in Mike's name to the American Heart Association .
