Mr. Richard Allan Moore Sr.

Richard Allan Moore, Sr., 63 year-old resident of Harrah, Oklahoma, passed away August 3, 2017 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Born June 5, 1954 in Ft. Worth, Texas, he was the son of Thelmer and Anne Louise Moore. Richard was a former resident of Spencer, Oklahoma. He proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam Era. He worked for Mercy Hospital, Nicoma Park Sheet Metal and had been self-employed as a HVAC and refrigeration service technician. Richard was preceded in death by his father, Thel Moore. He is survived by his mother, Ann Louise Moore of Granbury, Texas; his wife Shirley (Poteet) Moore of the home; 2 daughters, Stephayne and her husband Rick Gibson of San Antonio, Texas; and Alicia and her husband Matthew Martinez of Harrah, Oklahoma; 1 son, Richard Allan Moore, Jr. and his wife Sarah of Scotland, UK; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Reverend Thomas and his wife Kathi Moore of Belize, and Ben and his wife Sharon Moore of Temple, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel, 8805 NE 23rd St., Oklahoma City, OK 73141. Graveside services will be at Ft. Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, Oklahoma with Military Honors by a U. S. Marine Corps Honors detail at 2:00 p.m. on August 8, 2017.
