Richard “Dick” Langston 74, of OKC, OK passed away this past Friday, at Integris Medical Center.
Dick was born on August 1st, 1942 in Lodi, California to O.D. and May Langston. Dick grew up in Escalon, California on a dairy farm with his parents and three siblings. In 1966 he married Claudia Womack and resided in Duncan, OK where they raised two wonderful girls. In 2000 he married his wife Beverly Langston and they raised two Pugs; Bubba and Sister, his pride and joy.
Dick is survived by his wife Beverly Langston of Oklahoma City, his two daughters; Jamie Langston of Duncan and Roni Rightmire and her husband Michael Rightmire of Duncan, Oklahoma, his brother Jim Langston of Washington as well as four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents O.D. and Mae Langston and his sisters Maxine and Janie.
The service will take place in the Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Chapel; 6600 Broadway Extension, OKC, OK on Wednesday, December 7th at 10:00 am with Pastor Mark Morrow officiating. A graveside service will take place at the Duncan Cemetery at 2:45 pm, with Pastor David Morrow officiating. Flowers may be sent to the funeral home.
