Rex was born on December 1, 1952 in Jefferson, Texas to Arnold Farrington and Wanda Farrington/Lytle. He worked as a technician repairing computers for multiple years.
He was a member of Full Gospel Assembly & Covenant Fellowship. Rex enjoyed spending time with his wife, grandkids, and great grandkids. He enjoyed listening to Elvis and watching westerns in his free time. He will be remembered for his outgoing personality, and infectious smile. Rex never met a stranger, they were just unknown friends.
A visitation for Rex will be held Sunday, September 29, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, 7720 South Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. A funeral service will occur Monday, September 30, 2024 at 10:00 AM, at Advantage Funeral Home with burial to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park, 6001 NW Grand Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73118.
In lieu of flowers / memorial donations may be made to Rex’s spouse, Darlene Farrington.
