Phyllis Ann Moore Lackey died peacefully in her Las Vegas home on Sunday, January 9, 2022. She joined her husband, Don, infant son, family, and friends in eternal bliss. She was a lifetime gardener and artist, and brought happiness to all lives she touched. She is survived by her daughters, Susan Schoonover, Vicki (Benny) Bennis, Cynthia White, and her grandson, Cameron White along with many extended family members. She will forever be in our hearts. The family will hold a private family service.
