Dennis joined the military and he and Phyllis traveled the world, stationed at different bases. Along the way they were blessed with two children, Chad and Angie. They all enjoyed getting to see the world while the children were considered “military brats.” They were stationed in Azores and Germany, along with several state side bases. On several different bases Phyllis worked as a payroll bookkeeper and of course was always first, a homemaker.
She had some great pastimes which included bowling, gardening, crocheting and crafts. Her all- time favorite was watching the Oklahoma Thunder basketball games. The entire family went on a family cruise and Phyllis was up for this. Besides seeing beautiful sites, she got to spend quality time with her family.
