Paul was born July 5, 1942 in Riverside, California to Roy Simmons and Iva (Evans) Bebout. He proudly served in the United States Army as a tank mechanic specialist before becoming a small business owner. Paul owned and operated Choctaw Paving Company for over 30 years. He enjoyed going camping and fishing on his bass boat in Sulphur, Oklahoma. His family, especially the grandchildren, meant the world to him.
Paul is survived by his children, Thomas A. Bratcher, Evelyn and husband Terry Davis, Michelle and husband James Perkins, Kelly and husband Todd Tipton, Sheila and husband Brent Lunsford; grandchildren, Brandi Fernandez, Alicia Taylor, T.J. Davis, Christopher Perkins, Katie Perkins, Jamie Perkins, Kaylee Tipton, Mason Lunsford, Sevin Lunsford, Bladyn Lunsford, Ella Lunsford, and other grandchildren, totaling 17. Paul is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and one on the way, Brian Perkins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Iva; wife, Ellen M. Bebout; and his son, Roy E. McGuann.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, November 15, 2019 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel, 8805 NE 23rd St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73141. Interment will follow at Arlington Memory Gardens, 3400 N. Midwest Blvd., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73141.
