Patsy Vanita Brown

Patsy Vanita Brown, age 73, of Midwest City, Oklahoma passed away on Friday March 16, 2018. Patsy was born June 17, 1944 in Frederick, Oklahoma. Her mother, Allie Louise met and married the love of her life, Leo Vernon Cruzan. Leo loved Patsy dearly, and raised her as his own daughter.

Patsy loved to travel. She enjoyed family gatherings and being outside. A favorite place of Patsy’s was Lake Thunderbird. She spoiled her grandchildren whenever she could and loved her family very much. Patsy was fond of nature, flowers and especially butterflies.

Patsy is survived by her husband, Jim Brown; son Chris Raincrow; son Chet Raincrow; daughter Raylene Bagwell; daughter Jaquita Selbe; son-in-law Greg Selbe; daughter Kimberly Raincrow; daughter, Lisa Deere; step-son Rusty Stacey; and mother Allie Louise Cruzan; and son, Jeremy Raincrow. Patsy was preceded in death by her daughter, Carla Jean Raincrow; and her father, Leo Vernon Cruzan.

A funeral service for Patsy will be held Friday, March 23, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Bethel Church of Choctaw, 3254 N. Choctaw Road, Choctaw, Oklahoma 73020. A burial will occur at Arlington Memory Gardens, 3400 North Midwest Blvd, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73141.
