Today, we come together to honor the life of Pascal, a man whose journey on this earth was a testament to resilience, dedication, and unwavering faith. Born on February 19, 1986, Pascal departed just a week after celebrating his 38th birthday on February 26, 2024, leaving behind a legacy that will forever be treasured by those whose lives he touched. Pascal's story began in Cameroon, where his passion for education and mentoring shone brightly. He attended both Primary School and Government Bilingual High School in Bali before securing a teaching position at Divine Comprehensive College. There, he not only imparted knowledge in mathematics but also instilled a love for sports in his students. His dedication to his craft led him to earn a Bachelor's degree in science while teaching at DCC Bali. After investing nearly four years in nurturing young minds and fostering a culture of learning, Pascal embarked on a new chapter by moving to the United States in pursuit of fresh opportunities. This significant decision coincided sadly with the loss of his beloved mother, Ma Lebsia, underscoring the unpredictable nature of life's journey. As the eldest of six siblings, Pascal embraced his role as a guiding force within his family with grace and determination, setting a shining example for his brothers and sisters. In the U.S., he served as a Chaplain Candidate in the Chaplain Basic Officer Leader Course, extending his mission of offering solace and wisdom to those in need. An esteemed member of the Oklahoma National Guard 2, Pascal embodied values of service, honor, and sacrifice, exemplifying unwavering devotion to his family and radiating love for his children through his actions. Beyond his professional pursuits, Pascal was a gifted songwriter and singer, sharing his musical talents with those around him and leaving behind a legacy of melodies that will continue to inspire and uplift others. He was a worshipper and a mentor to the church choir of the GODC of all Nations and OKC Bali Catholic Community Choir. Pascal's passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of those who loved him, especially his wife Carine, who reunited with him just four months before his untimely departure, and their unborn child. The loss of a partner and the anticipation of a new life together cut short. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife and their unborn child during this difficult time. As we bid farewell to Pascal, let us hold dear the depth of his compassion, the fortitude of his spirit, and the enduring legacy of love and kindness he leaves behind. May his memory be a source of solace, and may his soul find eternal peace in the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ. Rest in peace, dear Pascal, knowing that you are cherished and remembered always.
