Steve and Pam were setup on a blind date by some friends; little did they know they were meeting their soulmates. Pam’s loving and charismatic personality was not easily forgotten. Soon after they met, Steve and Pam were married and they spent 36 blissful years together. Their family grew to three with the addition of their son, Stephen. Her love for family was unconditional and together they built beautiful memories together on frequent trips to Hawaii.
Pam’s loving personality didn’t stop at just her own family, but her church family as well. She was a woman of faith and love. She enjoyed ministering to those in New Life Latino Church, as well as helping and teaching children. Pam was also a member of Circle of Sister’s Bible Group. But, when Pam wasn’t serving, you could always find her sewing, watching game shows, and of course, cheering on her beloved OU Sooners!
One of Pam’s greatest achievements is when she graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Christian College in Waxahachie, TX. She found one of her true passions from taking a foreign language class in sign language. She quickly became fluent in it and found it useful in many aspects of her life. Pam even used her skills to sign songs at church services.
She is preceded in death by her father, George Dugger, mother, Betty Dugger, and brothers David Dugger and Curtis Dugger.
Pam is survived by her husband, Don Steven Kimery of Oklahoma City, OK; son, Stephen Kimery of Tuttle, OK; brothers, Keith Dugger and wife, Katy of Blue Ridge, TX and Vic Dugger and wife, Shannon Dugger of Altus, OK and sister, Jeanie Franklin of Savanna, OK. She also leaves behind beloved family friends, Steve Curry, Rick and Vicky Whitehead, and Carolyn Bryant; niece, Charolette Franklin, and Pastor, George Encarnacion to honor her memory.
