Michael Lamar Gorman

Michael Lamar Gorman, age 60, of Blanchard, Oklahoma passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2020. Michael was born August 25, 1960 in Atlanta, Georgia to Mary Ellen (Scoggins) Gorman and Emmett Lamar Gorman.

Michael is survived by his wife, Leola (Martinez) Gorman; son Ryan Gorman of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; sister Sue Gade (Karl) of Acworth, Georgia, sister-in-law Sylvia Gonzales (Domingo) of McKinney, Texas, sister-in-law Belia Smith (Ron) of Plainfield (Indiana), Indiana, sister-in-law Gracie Rodriguez of Corpus Christi, Texas and brother-in-law Arnulfo Martinez of Sinton, Texas; nephew Erich Gade.

Michael was preceded in death by father Emmett Lamar Gorman and mother Mary Ellen (Scoggins) Gorman; brother-in-law Jay Rodriguez.

A funeral service for Michael will be held Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services -South Chapel, 7720 S Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73159. Following the funeral service will be a burial at 2:00 PM at Ft. Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, OK.
