Mary Smith was born on April 18, 1951 in Pecos,Texas to Elmer and Margaret Bechtal. Mary was the third born in her family, first born was her brother Roy, second was her sister Ann, and Baby Bill was the last of the Bechtal family.
Mary found the love of her life: Greg D. Smith, and together they introduced the wonderful child to their family and the world, Dustin D. Smith.
Like a good West Texas woman, Mary fiercely enjoyed and loved life. On August 4, 2024, Mary entered the presence of Jesus. Mary will forever be cherished, missed and loved.
A memorial service will be held in her honor at Hahn-Cook/Street and Draper, 6600 Broadway Ext. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73116, on Monday, August 12, at 10:00 AM.
