LaVonne Lynn Kemp graced this earth on October 31, 1976. She was 45 years young when she left us. LaVonne gained her wings on the 19th day of April, 2022 in Oklahoma City, where she was born and raised. She was a true okie, the life of the party kind.
LaVonne was the daughter of Constance Wixom. LaVonne graduated as a paralegal in 2008. She was a proud member of Capitol Hill Assembly of God. She enjoyed attending church.
LaVonne was goofy, adventurous, outgoing, and so, so funny. The only thing she loved more than frogs, music, and her Dallas Cowboys was her family, especially her kids.
LaVonne is forever remembered by her children Maison Wixom, Morgan Wixom, Alexander Wixom, Mariah Wixom, Jason Kemp, Jennifer Galindo, Alonda Galindo, and Jerry Gonzales Jr. Her husband, Larry "Allen" Kemp. Her siblings Steve Knapp, Brian Knapp, Tammy Roy (Don Roy), and Samantha SanRoman (Jose SanRoman) Her nieces and nephews Sabrina Wixom (Robby Wilken), Tony Wixom, Aliyah Wixom (Joseph Suttles), Alicia Cooper (DeVonte Cooper), TJ Wixom, Brittany Wixom, and Rachel Shipman.
LaVonne's sweet soul was preceded by her mother, Constance Wixom and many other loved ones.
Serving as pallbearers are Allen Kemp, Alexander Wixom, Maison Wixom, Gerald Young, Jose' San Roman, Tony Wixom, George Shields and Larry Shields.
LaVonne's memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 28th, 2022 at Capitol Hill Assembly of God 2400 W Interstate 240 Service Rd, OKC, OK, 73159 at 2 PM. She will be laid to rest at Resthaven Cemetery 500 SW 104th, OKC, OK, 73139. Her viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 27th, 2022 at Advantage Funeral Home 7720 S Pennsylvania Ave. OKC, OK, 73139 from 1 PM to 8PM.
