Katie M. “Spooky” Fowler of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away at the age of 60 years. She was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on November 10, 1951 to Benjamin Harrison and Betty June (Peterson) Lowery. She was a spotless housekeeper. Katie’s family especially children were very special to her. She enjoyed music, the casino, card and board games and computer games. Her father preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband, Robert “Bob” Fowler Sr.; mother, Betty June Wood and stepfather, Giliay Joe Wood of Shawnee, OK; two sons: Robert Fowler, Jr. and Scott Allen Fowler of Oklahoma City, OK; sister Anita June Wood of Shawnee, OK. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm, Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home Northeast Chapel, 8805 NE 23rd St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with cremation following services.
