The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 31, 2017, at Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper, 6600 Broadway Ext., Oklahoma City, OK 73116. David Clewell and Bert Potts will be officiating.
John was born in Bailey, Texas on January 4, 1923 and was married to Susie Caskey for 58 years.
John was a World War II Veteran.
He worked as a mechanical engineer and he and his wife owned a coin business and traveled the United States participating in several coin shows. John was a pilot, receiving several aviating certificates and enjoyed teaching students about aviation. John and Susie had several hobbies they enjoyed doing together including golf, traveling and being members of social clubs just to name a few.
John is survived by his spouse, Susie Caskey, son, Gary Caskey and his wife Dana, granddaughter, Breanna Caskey and several nieces and nephews.
John is preceded in death by both his parents, Ruth and Owen Caskey, his sister Marie, brother, Clyde Caskey and eldest son, Richard Caskey.
