Imogene Coulter, 86 year-old resident of Midwest City, Oklahoma, passed away January 5, 2017 in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Born June 2, 1930 in Dry Prong, Louisiana, she was the daughter of Dee and Clara (Ivey) Shirley. Imogene loved going to the Grace Bible Church and volunteered at the Master’s Market. She loved to read her Bible. Survivors include 2 sons, Philip Rikard of Oklahoma City, OK; and Howard Rikard of Sulphur, Oklahoma; 1 daughter, Theda and her husband John O’Hagan of Midwest City, OK; 5 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Jackie Mayeaux of Leesville, Louisiana; 2 brothers, Virgil Shirley of Alexandria, Louisiana; and R.D. Shirley of Del City, OK; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 9, 2017 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel, 8805 NE 23rd St., Oklahoma City, OK 73141 with burial to follow at Sunny Lane Cemetery, Del City, Oklahoma.
