A visitation for Frederick will be held Sunday, October 22, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 13313 N. Kelley Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73131. A graveside service will occur Monday, October 23, 2023 at 9:00 AM at Fort Sill National Cemetery, 2648 NE Jake Dunn Rd, Elgin, OK 73538.
Frederick will be laid to rest in Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, Oklahoma.
