Frances was a loving mother to her daughters, Kimberly and Rene. She taught them how to conquer life, endure through great strife, and also how to drive on all of the back roads.
To Frances, a perfect day would be enjoying a day at the zoo or listening to Frank Sinatra while serenading her fur babies, Wildthing and Viper. She loved art, drawing, and all animals, if it was up to her, she would’ve adopted all the animals in Kansas! You could tell Frances a joke and she would laugh for days on end.
Frances’ favorite color was red, this color resembled who she was, a warrior. A Veteran of the Foreign Wars, Frances served her country proudly from December 1953 to October 1957. Frances is the later part of the Great Generation to ever live. As a feisty Marine, she stood up to support the Korean War and as a Marine she never stood down. After Active Duty was completed, Frances became a Medical Secretary for more than twenty years. She became a Private Investigator (PI) for six years and later in life was hired to help the Homeless around Wichita, KS.
Frances is survived by her daughters, Kimberly A. Boyle of Oklahoma City, OK and Rene S. Meyer of Oklahoma City, OK; grandchildren, Blake A. Boyle, Joshua A. Boyle, Tyler C. Boyle (USM) and Shyanne Meyer.
Frances will be laid to rest at Ft. Sill National Cemetery, in Elgin, Oklahoma.
