Faye LaVerne Chapman

Faye is preceded in death by Carlton (Chappie) Chapman, her spouse of over 50 years. She is survived by her son, Davis Edward Chapman and wife, Debra Chapman, of Haven, Kansas; her daughter, Carol Chapman and spouse, Carl Bielstein, of Yukon, Oklahoma; 3 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.

A visitation for Faye will be held Tuesday, September 4, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 13313 N Kelley Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73131. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Memorial Park Cemetery, 13400 N. Kelley Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73131. A burial will occur Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 13400 N Kelley Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73131.
