Farzin Rowshan Afshar, 74, of Plano, Texas, passed away April 23, 2024. He was born in Abadan, Iran on June 13, 1949. Farzin received his Master’s degree in Hydrogeology from the University of Texas in Arlington. He married to Denise Branham on October 6, 1984 and enjoy many wonderful years until her passing. Farzin had a career in environmental remediation for his small business, Lone Tree Resources and Consulting, Inc. He loved his family very much as well as his friends, his profession and the Denver Broncos. Preceded in death are his wife, Denise Branham, and his parents Gholam Ali and Iran Afrooz Afshar. He leaves cherished memories with his daughter Brigit Roeya Afshar Buff; son-in-law Brett Buff; 3 grandsons Austin, Harrison and Jameson; brother Farhad Afshar.
