Jean Dinwiddie, 78 years-old, resident of Midwest City, OK, passed away Aug. 5, 2012 at her home. Born February 9, 1934 in Seattle, WA, she was the daughter of Edward Granville and Edna Baker. Jean was a longtime resident of Midwest City and a homemaker. She loved keeping a spotlessly clean house; her pets; gardening; traveling; and crocheting/knitting. Most of all, she loved the companionship of her husband. She would make afghans and give them away frequently. Preceding her in death were her parents and her husband, James Dinwiddie. Survivors include 3 sons, Michael (Adela) Dinwiddie of Tucson, AZ; Mark Dinwiddie of OKC, OK; and Steve (Beverly) Dinwiddie of Houston, TX; 1 daughter, Susie Brown of OKC, OK; 7 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandson, Gavin Snodgrass. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 11, 2012 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel, 8805 NE 23r St., OKC, OK 73141 with Chaplain Jim McCool officiating.
