Dovie Iola Walker Webber Taylor, born March 10, 1920 in Adamson, OK, went to be with our Lord and Savior on March 23, 2016 at the age of 96. Mrs. Taylor was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and later in life a servant of God. She became a follower of Christ and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and Sharon Seventh Day Adventist Church in Portland, Oregon. She was born in Adamson, OK and moved to Pawhuska OK in 1932. During her life, she lived in Wichita, KS, Portland OR, and ultimately in Midwest City, OK. She was an avid bowler and bowled at Nationals for 30 consecutive years. She also loved to travel. She was preceded in death by her Mother, Alberta Jackson Walker Bibbins and her Father, Napoleon Walker, her husband Igusta Taylor, a daughter Barbara Jacobs, and former husband Curtis Webber; a brother and sister. She is survived by her daughter, Marion Littleton of Wichita KS, stepchildren, Shirley Caldwell-Butts and husband Alfred, Robert L. Taylor, Juanita Taylor and Irene Taylor; 12 grandchildren, and many great and great great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Services to be held Wednesday 3/30/2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel. Mrs. Taylor will then be flown to Portland, Oregon to be buried with her late husband, Igusta Taylor.
