He is preceded in death by his father McDonald Douglas Johnson and mother Naomi Ruth Scott-Johnson, brother’s Melvin Ray Johnson and Ulysses Johnson, one Niece Peaches Johnson and two nephews Myron Johnson and Marvin Roy Johnson

He is survived by his wife, Alma Goines of Midwest City, OK; brother’s, Jarvis Johnson Sr. & wife Sheila of Bokchito, OK; Marvin Johnson & wife Cheryl of Choctaw, OK; Samuel Johnson of Plano, TX: Richard Johnson of Oklahoma City, OK; sister’s, Wilma Johnson-Watan & husband Mitch of Wayne, OK; Delvagene Johnson-Laguna & husband Ruben of Oklahoma City, OK; Three sons, James Goines of Huntington, AR; Eddie Goines & wife Crystal of Mcloud, OK; Mike Goines & wife Elizabeth of Oklahoma City, OK and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Don loved to read his newspaper, eat homemade pecan pie, spend time with his family and play with his great grandkids. His favorite place to shop was GW. He loved to take pictures of people, especially when they had food in their mouths.

He is loved and will greatly be missed.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Saturday, January 25, 2020, and 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Sunday, January 26, 2020, at Bill Eisenhour NE Funeral Home, 8805 NE 23rd Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73141.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 27, 2020 at the Bill Eisenhour SE Funeral Home Chapel, 5005 SE 29th Street, Del City, OK 73115 with interment to follow at the Sunnyside Cemetery in Meeker, OK.
