Donald Harry Coldren, Sr. “Pop” and Pa Paw to his grandkids. Donald was born on January 1, 1929 in Uniontown, Pennsylvania to Josephus Riffle and Mary Margaret (Conway) Coldren. After high school he went on to attend Lawrence Technical College. Donald took a position with Bower Roller Bering Co. in Detroit, Michigan, that job led him to LSB Industries-Central Tool here in Oklahoma. Throughout his life he had a number of hobbies that included bowling, golfing, duck hunting, dancing, and a love for Lawrence Welk’s music. When it came to sports, Donald was a fan of basketball. Donald married Gloria Sue Davis, a wonderful marriage that spanned 53 years, unfortunately ending in to 2007 when Sue passed away. He is survived by his sons, Donald Harry Coldren, Jr. of Franklin, Tennessee, David Joseph Coldren and wife Tarey of Edmond, Oklahoma and daughter of love Evelyn Alice Roth and husband Robert of Detroit, Michigan. Donald is also survived by his two sisters Ruth and husband Ed Dopp of Green Castle, Pennsylvania, Deloris McCullum of Green Castle, Pennsylvania, five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, eight nieces, and eleven nephews. He is proceeded in death by his two brothers, James and Wilbur Coldren.
