Dianna Lynn Woodrum, 65, of Oklahoma City passed away Friday, March 14, 2014. Dianna was born January 15, 1949 to Rufus Alexander and Ellen Ida (Church) Lawhorn. Rufus was active duty military so she spent much of her childhood traveling and moving from state to state. Dianna enjoyed playing bingo and doing jigsaw puzzles. She also loved Halloween. Dianna often dressed up, in costumes she made herself, for Bingo on Halloween and always came home with first prize for her efforts. She also always decorated her home for everyone to enjoy. Most of all, Dianna loved her children and they have fond memories of her dressing them up for Easter and always taking so many photos of them. Her family has many memories of her that will be with them forever in their hearts. Dianna was very funny, some would say a comedian, and her beautiful laugh was contagious. When she began laughing, one could not help but join her. Dianna was a wonderful mother and friend and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her long-time love, Stephen Woodrum; 6 children: Loretta Lynn Carroll and husband James of Deming, NM, Robert Michael Woodrum of Moore, OK, David Wayne Woodrum and wife Brandy Mead of OKC, OK, Tiffany Michelle Chavez and husband Jason of Norman, OK, Tonya Renee Williams and husband Wayne of Virginia Beach, VA, and Stephen Patrick Woodrum, Jr. of OKC, OK; 14 grandchildren, Andrew, Marc, Celina, James Jr., Michael, Shawn, Sarah, Zac, Brendon, Tomas, Jayden, Tre´, Tavion and Aubrianna; 5 great grandchildren, Joaquin, Kobe, Emani, Eli and Jaxon; father, Rufus Lawhorn of Crestview, FL; brothers and sisters, Dana Moore of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, Daryl Moore of Spring Lake, MI, Dennis Moore of Altus, OK, Denise Moore of Mangum, OK, Paul Lawhorn of Crestview, FL, Almon (Eddie) Lawhorn of Crestview, FL, Glen Lawhorn of Fort Walton Beach, FL; sisterly best friends, Dottie Beaulieu and Debbie Higdon and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Dianna was preceded in death by her mother Ellen, and grandparents Almon Willis and Loretta Abagail (Hagget) Church. Private services will be held at a later date.
