Colie O."Peggy" Parrott, 74 of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away May 7, 2013. She was born February 23, 1939 in Waynesboro, Mississippi to Lloyd Pugh and Erma Beatrice (Rushing) Pugh. Peggy spent many years as a housewife and later worked at Rods cleaners and retired from Princess Rose Cleaners. She and Leon, her late husband loved doing things around the house and traveling with her brothers and sisters-in-law up the east coast. She always had a beautiful yard and flowers. She and Leon would have game night with all the neighbors.
She is survived by her children, Bill Cook, Jr. and wife Pat of Florida, Beatrice "June"Wiegert and husband Ron, of Nicoma Park, OK, Betty "Jane" Bullock and husband Cliff of Perry, OK. Peggy married Leon Parrott in 1991 and with him came two stepdaughters, Pam Cameron and husband Steve, and Tammy Neff and honorary son-in-law Robert Estes and wife Joyce, Craig Parrott, her nephew by marriage, but in her heart he was a son. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Bill "Willie", Brad, Vanessa, Scotty, Cameron, Ciera, Cody, Chasity, Cory, Jonah, Caleb, Noah, Shonna, Spencer, Joey, Lizabeth, and Mandy; great-grandchildren, Ava, Arabella, Gracie, Casen, Stella, Karson, Cameron, Chloe, Carter, Benjamin, Bella, Justin, Kaden, and Athena; siblings, Kathy Davy and husband Don, of Louisana, Mavis Mozingo of Georgia; many nieces, nephews, family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Parrott, son, Roy Allen "Dobbin" Sanders, brother and sister in-law, James Pugh and wife Jo.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel.
