Chuck married Gladys Inez Loyd on January 1, 1953, in Yuma, Arizona.
Chuck and Inez made their home in Southern California until 1961 when they moved to Oklahoma City.
Chuck was the owner/operator of an automobile repair shop for almost 40 years in Bethany, Oklahoma
Chuck and Inez have two sons; Charles Richard (Ric) Freeman and Jerry Lynn Freeman
Chuck became a part of the Light for the Lost missions outreach in 1964, and spent an overwhelming part of his time and energy in fund raising to provide literature for missionaries around the World. Chuck personally carried the Gospel into over 50 countries.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters – Anna Blackard of Springfield, Missouri, Rebecca Garduno, of Springdale, Arkansas, and one brother – James Freeman of Oklahoma City.
He is survived by his wife, Inez, of the home in Oklahoma City, two sons – Ric Freeman, and his wife Christy – Jerry Freeman, and his wife Cindy.
He is also survived by two granddaughters, Dezra Freeman and her husband Randy of Durban, South Africa, and Staci Laughlin of Thomas, Oklahoma
Chuck is also survived by seven great-grandchildren – Hudson Freeman, Olivia Freeman, Lukas Laughlin, Charleigh Laughlin, Griffin Freeman, Dunkan Laughlin, and Ella Freeman.
Services will be held at Capitol Hill Assembly of God, Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to OneHope in care of Capitol Hill Assembly.
