He is preceded in death by father, Elbert Allen and mother, Ina Mae (Thompson) Allen.
Charles is survived by brother, James Royce Allen and wife Mary of Oklahoma City, OK. He also leaves behind nephew, Jayme Allen of Edmond, OK; niece, Lisa Hager of Midwest City, OK; great nieces, Kylie Hager of Stillwater, OK, and Malia Allen of Edmond, OK; and great nephews, Jake Allen of Edmond, OK, and Travis Hager of Midwest City, OK, to honor his memory.
