Carl Newton Robb, 76, passed away on December 21, 2017 in Oklahoma City, OK. Carl was born on January 9, 1941 in Delta, CO to Claude and Mary Mable (Fry) Robb. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Carl was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his loving wife, Mary; and 2 sons. A memorial service to honor his life will be held on a later date.
