Candace Diana Naylor

Candace Diana Naylor, 63, of Oklahoma City, passed away on February 2nd, 2024. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 6th, 1960. Candy would go on to graduate from Jacksonville High School where she met Ron Naylor. The two were married from May 1981 to September 2002 and had two children Derek and Amy.

Candy had many careers over the years, as she enjoyed a change of scenery and doing something new. These jobs included waitressing, substitute teaching, testing water for Oklahoma City, being a mystery shopper for local restaurants, and even bounty hunting! Candy had a passion for arts & crafts, cooking, caring for her sweet dog and loved to garden. She also loved spending time with her children and granddaughter, Leigha. Above all Candy enjoyed life and having a good time.

Candy was preceded in death by her father, Benjamin Hart; Step-father, Jimmy Chavers; and her brother, Ricky Hart.

She is survived by her children, Amy Stockton and Derek Naylor; Mother, Dorothy Chavers; Granddaughter, Leigha Stockton; Sisters, Sandra Thoen, Tya Smith, and Patty Riser; As well as extended family and friends.

A private celebration of her life will be held on February the 17th, 2024.
