Blake Jaxon Harper

Blake Jaxon Harper was born July 11, 2004 and passed away May 26, 2019. His earthly body remained with us until May 26, 2019 6:20pm, at which time his life ended and the lives of 5 strangers held promise. Blake, or Blakey as those closest to him called him, was survived by his mother Kristy, his father Byron, his little big brother and best friend Brayden James, his baby sister Harley, his G Renee, his Pa and Ma Mike and Tina Jackson, his Nanny Sylvia Harper, his aunt Lisa and uncle Mike Bickel, aunt Brandie and uncle Travis Henson, uncle Chuck Harper, Uncle Scott, cousins Gage, Michael, Madison, Seth, and Hanie, and countless other family and friends, too long to list.

Blake's spirit is one that will live on with each of us. His laugh was contagious. He was a smart, funny, creative, and curious young man. He loved to play sports, especially football, loved to fish, hunt, and loved being outside. Blake loved his brother Brayden most of all. If he could have chosen anything, he would have chose to be like his brother.

Blake is preceded in death by his Papa Richard, his grandpa Joe, Aunt Mary Beth, Memaw Lou, and Granny Groves. Through our grief we find comfort knowing Blake saved the lives of 5 strangers through the gift of organ donation. We ask that you all remember Blake by carrying his legacy of giving throughout your lives.
