Billie Jean (Baxter) Seal

Billie Jean Seal was born on October 31st, 1934, to Plez Baxter and Juanita Andrews Baxter. She entered Heaven on July 3rd, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bob, daughter Patti, granddaughter Kaitlyn, nephew Darron, and son-in-law Vince, who she considered a bonus son.

She is survived by her son Steve, daughter Dorothy, daughter Shari and Keith, sister Sharon and Jim, and son-in-law Bobby, who she considered to be her son. She is also survived by her grandchildren Michael and Georgia Kay, Gary and Brenda, Angela and Wes, Shawn, Tara, Noah and Jennifer, Blake and Brittany, and Logan. Also, great grandchildren Zach, Caleb, Kami, Clay, Blaine, Braison, Kora, Paxton, Foster, Ryder, and Declan. She is also survived by nephew deMarc and Debra. Billie loved Jesus and enjoyed going to church until the time came that she was unable to attend. After that, she loved listening to Pastor John MacArthur on TV. Billie loved to travel, and she loved to sit at the campsite and enjoy nature, and she especially loved gardening and being out in the yard. She loved our big family Christmas gatherings and cooking many desserts. Billie loved all her kids unconditionally and regardless of what life brought, her love for them never wavered. She was a single mother and raised four kids on her own, sometimes working two or three jobs. Her children never knew they were poor because they never went without.

As hard as it was to let her go, we know that she is with Jesus, and we will see her again! Our mother was our hero, and she will be forever in our hearts! A funeral service for Billie will be held Thursday, July 7, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Service-South Chapel, 7720 South Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159.
